Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption and expansion of software offerings.
- Work closely with Client Managers and Service delivery Managers to ensure smooth client engagement.
- Create and manage Software Success plans that promote accelerated usage and feature adoption.
- Conduct regular training programs to guide clients on utilizing specific software features and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Document case studies and design best practices for software-defined infrastructure, usage, and adoption.
- Support Client Success Managers in securing successful on-time renewals, leveraging vendor rebates and lifecycle credits.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience in Technical project management.
- Software development methodologies.
- Client relationship management.
- Business process improvement.
- Communication and collaboration.
Essential Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications and experience.
