About the Role

The Software Lifecycle Specialist plays a pivotal role in navigating the intricacies of software agreements, with a primary focus on Microsoft. This position demands expertise in building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, advocating for client interests throughout the agreement's duration to ensure maximum value realization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technology Adoption Programs: Collaborate with Software Sales Specialists and GTM Practice to develop and execute strategic adoption plans.
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with Presales, Consulting, and Technical Services team members to facilitate effective client interaction, leveraging necessary resources.
  • Governance Framework: Establish a structured governance framework with clients, capturing key success criteria to be addressed in regular meetings.
  • Vendor Incentives: Maintain a thorough understanding of Microsoft incentive programs and ensure realization of associated vendor incentives through technology adoption.
  • Client Roadmaps: Facilitate workshops to develop comprehensive client technology roadmaps, engaging relevant technical resources.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide industry insights, technology trends, and highlight NTT's expertise and differentiated offerings to clients.
  • Co-Sell Opportunities: Identify and register co-sell opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand software and NTT Data Services.
  • Reporting: Report success metrics to NTT Data stakeholders.
  • Case Studies: Document client case studies and Win Wires for adoption and lifecycle management success stories.
