Manage Software Lifecycle for Success

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the software lifecycle, ensuring seamless adoption and maximum value for our clients. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technology adoption programs, leveraging resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Technology Adoption Programs: Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology adoption and develop strategies to drive successful implementation.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Vendor Incentive Management: Maintain a deep understanding of vendor incentives and ensure that clients are realizing maximum value from their technology investments.
  • Market Intelligence Insights: Provide clients with valuable market intelligence insights to inform their technology decisions.
  • Cosell Opportunities: Identify and register co-sell opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand software and services offerings.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting and analytics to track client success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation and Case Studies: Document client case studies and success stories to share with internal stakeholders and external partners.
