Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Manager to drive our financial sustainability and growth. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in NDIS, disability, or funding-driven sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting a small internal and offshore finance team, modelling professionalism, integrity, and high standards. They will also collaborate with the fractional CFO to strengthen high-level financial strategy, planning, and risk management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Financial oversight across all departments and programs
  • Strengthening NDIS billing and invoicing processes
  • Managing grants and donations

The Finance Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation to drive financial performance, improve systems, and support people.
