Financial Strategist

As a Financial Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial future of our organization. You will be responsible for driving performance and reporting, leading month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive performance & reporting: lead month-end, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles, delivering clear insights and executive-ready presentations.
  • Partner with the business: work with stakeholders across business units to evaluate performance drivers, support investment decisions, and provide commercial analysis.
  • Enable transformation & improvement: simplify and enhance financial reporting, models, and processes, while contributing to system upgrades and automation initiatives.

About You:

  • A professional CA or CPA qualified with a background in Financial Services
  • 5+ years' experience in financial planning & analysis or commercial finance roles
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, challenge, and influence senior stakeholders
