Job Title: Senior Financial Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for driving financial growth and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.

  • Oversee daily accounting processes and ensure accurate reconciliations, AP/AR, general ledger entries, and financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow forecasting, cash management, and working capital planning.
  • Coordinate monthly payroll process: liaise with vendors, validate calculations, and oversee leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing strategy development, margin analysis, and project profitability evaluations.
  • Monthly performance reports: present clear, practical insights into financial results and variances.
  • Closely collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to ensure financial alignment with business decisions and client contracts.
  • Budgeting and forecasting activities.
Talent Development & Process Enhancement:
  • Mentor the Accounts Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and financial workflows, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and business projects as needed.
