The Opportunity

The Demand Planner role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to generate accurate demand forecasts for our Licensed business.

This role involves analyzing demand, preparing forecasts, and utilizing statistical forecasting tools in conjunction with promotional and product life cycle activity to provide robust demand volumes (cases) to operations and finance while ensuring clear communication and strong relationships with key demand forecast stakeholders.

  • Develop a comprehensive demand forecast in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Category, and RGM using SAP IBP statistical forecasting tool, scan data, and TPM feed for at least an 18-24 month horizon.
  • Provide insights and build reports to support Sales and Marketing in reviewing the demand forecast.
  • Chair Channel Review Meetings.
  • Collaborate with Supply and Sales to maximize DIF and minimize SLOBS.
  • Work with Sales and Category to develop and load NPD forecast assumptions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demand Planning experience within an FMCG environment.
  • Exposure to SAP IBP desirable but not essential.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
