We are looking for an adventurous and curious Supply Chain Strategist to work on delivering accurate and timely demand forecasts. As part of our International Business Planning (IBP) process, you will partner with commercial teams and global supply chain operations to maximize Hasbro's profit and customer satisfaction.

The role involves balancing all aspects of the Supply Chain, stabilizing unconstrained plans, and escalating through the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) process to minimize Shortages while achieving high Demand Forecast Accuracy results. You will be responsible for adherence to the planning process and serving as the key point of contact for commercial stakeholders for Hasbro Pacific.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain statistical parameters used to drive 'best fit' models and generate baselines for statistical forecast models and product hierarchies
  • Analyze sales vs forecasting exceptions using Logility/Power BI/SAP and make ongoing forecasting corrections
  • Review POS trends to understand customer sell out and stock levels at retail, along with stock in transit data and build insights into the forecast where appropriate
  • Facilitate local Management demand review and approval of forecast before end of Demand Planning cycle
  • Provide commercial partners with clear and direct communication on constrained vs. unconstrained Demand Plan, and PhaseIn/PhaseOut management
  • Ensure compliance with the global forecasting calendar

You will have experience in working with large data-sets and high SKU counts, with up to 60% New Product Introduction annually. Proficiency with Visual data presentation, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel skills are essential.

We are looking for someone with a strong mathematical, statistical, and analytical background, who can influence and coach business/sales teams. Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills are required. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of End-to-End supply chain operational processes and proficiency in a statistical Demand Planning software.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
