Job Overview

Epoch Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join a rapidly expanding company within the HVAC industry.

This role is integral to the Supply Chain team, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data for accurate demand forecasting across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Forecasting & Analysis:
    • Analyze historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to adjust forecasting models to reflect current business dynamics.
    • Utilize advanced planning systems to predict future product demand effectively.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Regularly review and recommend adjustments to inventory parameters to optimize stock levels.
    • Assist in supply planning to ensure efficient inventory turnover and product availability.
    • Monitor key metrics to maximize stock turns and maintain high customer service levels.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate effective communication between suppliers, logistics, inventory teams, branch supervisors, operational managers, and commercial development teams.
    • Ensure seamless information flow across the supply chain network to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Support:
    • Provide detailed analytical reports and insights to support the Supply Chain team.
    • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Systems Operation:
    • Operate and maintain advanced planning systems (e.g., Demand Solutions APS).
    • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the planning processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain roles.
  • Proficiency in demand planning software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Role

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000-$110,000, commensurate with experience. As a Supply Chain Strategist at Epoch Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to shape the supply chain strategies of an industry leader and contribute to the company's continued growth and success.
