Client Services Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team in a Client Services Manager position.

This key role will oversee the entire client journey, manage relationships with our clients, collaborate across internal teams, prepare reports for internal parties, and manage workflows and performance of on and offshore team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role in areas of accounting and business services, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record and experience with BAS preparation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire client journey from initial engagement to resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.
  • Prepare and generate reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee the performance of on and offshore team members.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative processes and regulations in the accounting industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role in accounting and business services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • A results-driven work ethic with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ATO portal.
