Commercial Finance Analyst

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Commercial On Premise team as a Finance Analyst. This role will be based in York St, Sydney and will report directly to our Sales Finance Manager.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about finance and commercial analysis.
About the Role

The Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting the On-Premise Sales team by executing Pourage Rights agreements. You will contribute to creating a vibrant culture in Finance and coach business partners on key processes around Pourage Right agreements.

  • Support business partner queries through ticket resolution systems
  • Maintain accurate contract setup and closure in SAP
  • Analyze rebates, pricing, and accrual balances
  • Manage P&L and Balance Sheet timely and accurately
  • Identify risks and opportunities at BU level that impact commercial performance
  • Present complex information in simple formats
  • Business partner to On-Premise sales field team
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in finance or business
  • Previous experience in commercial finance preferably from FMCG
  • Established user of Excel to analyze and model large data sets
  • Experience in finance planning and reporting
  • Advanced attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Confident communication to convey financials at a non-technical level
  • Customer-focused mindset to build trusting relationships
