Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Fleet Operations Specialist to join our team in Australia. As an essential member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing our e-bike fleets, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a service vehicle (van, Ute, or small electric vehicle) to pick up e-bikes across the city and move them to high-demand locations;
  • Collaborate with a ground patroller to support fleet management tasks, if required;
  • Ensure timely and efficient e-bike deployment and retrieval to meet customer demand;
  • Maintain accurate records of e-bike movements and performance metrics;
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive operational excellence;
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and best practices;

Requirements and Qualifications

  • National Open Class NSW Driver Licence;
  • A minimum of 20 hours per week availability to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends;
  • The ability to lift, carry, and maneuver e-bikes weighing 25-28 kg;
  • Some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist) is highly desirable but not essential;
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills, with a passion for technology and problem-solving;
  • A safe and competent driving record, with the ability to handle a vehicle independently;
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and apps (Apple or Android device recommended);
  • Ages 21 or over to apply;

Estimated Salary Range: AU$55,000 - AU$65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
