We are seeking an experienced Injury Management and Wellbeing Specialist to join our team.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will oversee injury management, early return to work, and workers compensation processes and programs in line with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement injury management strategies and programs
- Oversee early return to work initiatives and workers compensation processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
- Provide expert advice on injury management and occupational health
Requirements
- Degree qualified in an Allied Health discipline and Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
- Minimum 3 years' experience in injury management and occupational health
- Able to prioritise, work collaboratively, and solve complex case management problems
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with a friendly personality
- Ability to work autonomously and provide detailed reporting
- Sound knowledge of state legislation and requirements
