Injury Management Expert

A 12-month fixed term contract is available for an Expert Injury Management Professional to provide qualitative insights regarding the management of Workers' Insurance claims and CTP Insurance Claims.
The key responsibilities include:
- Conduct quality assurance reviews on Personal Injury Claims, assessing the quality, technical capability, and injury management of CTP and WC claims.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify performance gaps, key business risks, and emerging trends.
- Provide constructive feedback and professional advice to stakeholders within Personal Injury Claims.
- Follow up and monitor implementation of agreed action plans from the QA reviews and root cause analysis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Allied Health or a related field (mandatory).
- 3-5 years clinical experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Personal Injury Insurance, Workers' Insurance, and/or CTP claims management and QA processes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of injury management and return to work strategies.
This role requires technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with the team, business, and group priorities.
