We are looking for a specialist to provide expertise and insight on claims and injury management.

The successful candidate will share knowledge and guidance with leaders throughout the process, managing safety and supporting the health and wellbeing of employees.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing wellbeing initiatives, consulting with business stakeholders, managing workers compensation and injury management programs, and leading health and wellbeing monitoring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in claims management, effective partnerships, and wellbeing, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to development of strategies for injury and wellbeing support
  • Designs and implements frameworks, tools, processes and other mechanisms related to injury management and health and wellbeing
  • Manages workers compensation, injury management and return to work programs for both workers compensation and non-work-related claims
  • Identifies programs specific to industry in order to support wholistic approach to wellbeing

Employee Responsibilities:

  • Manage injuries and claims from start to end
  • Has expert knowledge and experience in interpretation and implementation of health & wellbeing elements of WH&S Legislation
  • Facilitates wellbeing and mental health programs
  • Coordinates claims review with relevant parties to ensure visibility of cases and progress
