About the Role

As a junior technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and commissioning of various systems, including battery energy storage systems, wireless network infrastructure, liquid cooling systems, and power conversion systems. You will also support the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to these systems.

You will conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, you will perform maintenance tasks on liquid cooling systems, including checking fluid levels and inspecting pumps. You will also assist in the maintenance and operation of power conversion systems, including inverters and converters.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, renewable energy, IT, communications, mechanical engineering, or a related field. Battery systems, solar energy, and renewable technologies knowledge is highly desirable. Familiarity with wireless network infrastructure is a plus.

A strong interest in learning and developing technical skills in renewable energy, telecommunications, cooling technologies, and power conversion systems is essential. A valid White Card Construction Induction Card is mandatory, as well as first aid and CPR certifications. A full driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites are required.

This role requires excellent safety awareness and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You must also be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential. Flexibility to work on a casual or part-time basis, including weekends or evenings if required, is necessary.
