Operational Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Quality & Compliance Lead to drive business success in our operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation to meet quality standards and adhere to ASQA, DESBT, and other regulatory requirements.
- Quality Management: Oversee trainer qualifications, CPD requirements, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using stakeholder feedback and compliance data.
- Audit and Validation: Monitor regulatory changes, communicate updates to the team, and manage reporting obligations.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high-quality training services.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of training programs.
- Proven experience in a compliance, quality assurance, or RTO operations role.
- Understanding of the VET Quality Framework, ASQA Standards, and government-funded training contracts.
- Strong organisational and documentation skills, with a high attention to detail.
- Experience in continuous improvement and managing audits or validations is highly desirable.
- Candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
