Job Title: Inventory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade compliance and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review outgoing and incoming consignments for trade compliance
  • Implement trade controls into shipping processes
  • Monitor shipments for compliance with applicable trade, licence and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' experience in ILS and Warehousing operations, performance monitoring, reporting and analysis
  • Exposure to Defence industry supply chain
  • Knowledge on the handling of export controlled items, including Commerce Control List (CCL), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Defence Export Controls
