People Compliance Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated People Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to our mission of fostering a positive workplace culture.
- This role involves providing timely support and guidance on employment-related matters, conducting due diligence reviews, and preparing reports for upcoming settlements.
- You will also deliver training sessions within the business on P&C compliance-related topics, including employment legislation, relevant industrial awards, and internal policies and practices.
As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for staying updated on industry trends and legislative changes, proactively suggesting enhancements to current HR processes and practices.
Requirements:- Exposure to the Early Childhood sector or similar operating environments is desirable.
- A Diploma or Bachelor of Business/Human Resource Management or equivalent experience is required.
- You should have strong knowledge of employment legislation, childcare regulations, and industrial awards.
- Experience in producing reports and data analysis is necessary.
- Prior experience working with HRIS systems is advantageous.
