About the Role

We are seeking a Compliance Specialist to ensure our online courses meet regulatory standards across various regions.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including leadership, trainers, and government representatives to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance of current and future online courses with regulations.
  • Prepare for and facilitate audits across all operational regions.
  • Review and approve marketing materials for regulatory compliance.
  • Consult with Technology and Product departments to meet compliance requirements.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on training and assessment materials.
  • Act as primary contact for government and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Provide compliance training and support to other functions within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of ASQA compliance requirements and processes.
  • Experience with general regulatory compliance, such as ANSI, ANAB, and various government bodies.
  • Familiarity with regulations in the vocational education and training (VET) sector.
  • Project management skills to oversee compliance projects.
  • Ability to manage compliance documentation and data using document management systems.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) for course delivery and compliance.
  • Experience preparing for and facilitating audits by regulatory bodies.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex legal and regulatory documents.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
