
Program Administration Specialist

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the Advanced Training Unit and committees.
The successful candidate will have effective written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to professional client service and College Values.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry of trainee applications, including assessments and preparation of correspondence
- Create and maintain electronic and hardcopy records
- Despatching information packages
- Organising accreditation of sites for Advanced Training
- Identify areas and make suggestions for process improvement
- General office duties, including photocopying, filing, faxing, Arrangements for meetings and preparation of meeting rooms
- Mail distribution and despatch on a roster basis
The successful candidate will possess:
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A commitment to professional client service and College Values
- Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with own and other teams
- Recognition of requirements for confidentiality
- Ability to work flexibly and demonstrate initiative within a team environment
- Relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
