Our organization is seeking a Senior and Principal Product Designer to drive transformative experiences for customers.

About the Role

This role involves leading design projects, defining user flows and screens based on requirements for product designers and their cross-functional teams.

  • Lead end-to-end user experience initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align on solutions.
  • Oversee the design of various domains within our team, iterating on and improving existing experiences.
  • Closely collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and subject matter experts to define problem spaces and propose solutions.

We are looking for an individual with demonstrated experience working as a Senior Product Designer in complex industries such as banking, finance, fintech, insurance, or trading. This person should possess strong UX and UI skills, with a keen eye for visual design, typography, and layout.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Product Designer in complex industries.

  • Experience designing for complex systems, considering multiple user types and workflows.
  • An ability to communicate effectively, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Familiarity with design systems and proficiency in Figma.
