Job Overview

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in capital equipment or process controls?

Responsibilities
  • Grow business within a defined territory of key industrial accounts.
  • Manage and support a network of Manufacturer Representatives.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to drive new business and upsell within existing accounts.
  • Support technical stakeholders through the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on forecasts, product feedback, and customer needs.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales and margin targets.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of industrial B2B sales experience, preferably with capital equipment or engineered systems.
  • Strong technical aptitude – a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments (material handling, process automation, bulk solids handling, weighing systems, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the territory.
Bonus Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Lean principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
