**Call Centre Consultant Role**

About the Opportunity:

This is a vibrant call centre role that offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment, delivering exceptional client service through various mediums. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic professional with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for customers answering inbound phone or electronic inquiries and ensuring overall customer satisfaction with fast and easy resolutions.
  • Provide professional and outstanding customer service.
  • Understand and communicate legislation and policies.
  • Maintain a customer database.
  • Carry out any administration tasks necessary to assist customers and support operations.
  • Manage complaints with empathy and work towards a resolution by working within company processes and legislation.
  • Participate and contribute to team meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Decision-making, reasoning, and well-developed analytical skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability to use multiple software systems.
  • Well-developed communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and establish strong connections.
  • A confident and engaging phone manner.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
