We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative who values relationships, delivers with honesty, and thrives in a supportive, family owned team culture.
What you will doMeet with clients to understand their vision and guide them through our design and sales process
Measure up pools and use data accurately to help clients design and visualise their dream pool
Provide clear, honest communication and maintain consistent touchpoints throughout the build
Collaborate with our design and project management team to ensure a seamless client experience
Nurture long term client relationships that lead to glowing reviews and referrals
What we are looking forExperience in the building industry, with the ability to measure up pools and apply data confidently
Strong people skills and a genuine enjoyment of client connection
A professional and ethical approach to sales with a focus on long term trust
Organised and consistent, with a commitment to follow through
Confident using digital tools and systems (experience with CRMs or ServiceM8 an advantage)
A proactive mindset with fresh ideas while respecting established processes

Base salary of $70,000 plus commission and bonus structure
Company vehicle available for site visits
