Position Overview

Join our dynamic and expanding agency as a Client Service Representative based in our Southport office. In this role, you\'ll play a pivotal part in supporting our service and sales teams, contributing directly to our agency\'s success and growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly answering incoming phone calls and providing courteous assistance to clients and prospects.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting customers in-person and ensuring a positive experience at our office.
• Maintain accurate and efficient record-keeping through tasks such as scanning, filing, and organizing documents.
• Efficiently process incoming and outgoing mail to support office operations.
• Update and manage client databases with precise and up-to-date information.
• Assist in payment processing and address billing inquiries to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Support office operations by performing various administrative tasks to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team to achieve seamless operations.

Qualifications

• An Associate\'s degree or at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• An active North Carolina P&C License.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and document management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
