Service Coordinator

The Allocations and Service Coordinator is a key member of our Direct Care Services team, responsible for coordinating client services and scheduling activities. This role requires a high level of customer service, with a focus on being responsive, friendly, reliable, and professional in all interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting the needs of our clients.
- Manage care worker schedules, minimizing travel time between shifts and ensuring all planned leave is accounted for.
- Process ad hoc daily change requests from clients or care workers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
- Achieve KPIs on rostering efficiencies, driving continuous improvement in our scheduling processes.
- Communicate service changes to clients, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their care.
- Support the Team Leader as required, contributing to the success of the Direct Care Services team.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in rostering or scheduling, preferably in the community care sector.
- Previous experience using the Skedulo system is highly desirable.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, with a focus on building credibility and rapport.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated high-speed data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate under pressure, with a focus on delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
