Care Connect is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Allocations and Service Coordinator to join our Direct Care Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating client services, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient scheduling of care workers.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate client services, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
- Manage care worker schedules, ensuring that all planned leave is accounted for and travel time between shifts is minimized
- Process ad hoc daily change requests from clients or care workers
- Achieve KPIs on rostering efficiencies
- Communicate service changes to clients
- Assist the Team Leader as required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in rostering or scheduling in the community or aged care sector
- Previous experience using the Skedulo system is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and care workers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other systems
- Demonstrated high-speed data entry skills
- Ability to problem-solve and negotiate under pressure
