Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing workforce compliance requirements and coordinating training for CPR & First Aid.
You will be the primary point of contact for email and telephone enquiries from across the business, providing reporting and administrative support as required. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, actively contributing to team meetings to support team objectives.
In addition, you will be working in the Procurement space, managing our vendors and outsourced providers. This is a busy role that requires attention to detail to ensure our Service Agreements are executed correctly and all relevant compliance documents are kept in order and updated on Salesforce accordingly.
You will be responsible for sending out renewal agreements to vendors and ensuring their compliance records are kept up to date. You will also manage the Procurement inbox and work closely with the Operations teams as well as external vendors.
This is a part-time role (4 days a week) that can be done remotely, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a flexible work arrangement.

- Intermediate/Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, database management
