Education Opportunities Manager

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to join our team as an Education Opportunities Manager. This role will be based at the front desk of our school, serving as the main point of contact for our Sales Offices, students, and suppliers alike.

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of customer service focus. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and awareness and appreciation of cultural differences.

Main Responsibilities

  • Liaison with Sales Offices in over 50 countries globally, administering student bookings and processing changes.
  • Review and confirmation of all bookings in our CRM system, preparation of student visa documents, and student support and satisfaction tracking.
  • Play an active role in student welfare, following up on student concerns and enquiries in collaboration with relevant departments across the school.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to our students and visitors, assisting with insurance claims (OSHC) and general support for the rest of the school team.
  • Take the school Emergency Phone on a monthly roster, assist with direct sales enquiries, walk-in sales, and extensions, and coordinate the Job Club service.
  • Assist in dealing with student discipline issues, assist with student arrivals, lead the organization of intake day, and graduation events.
