Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Insurance Portfolio Growth Manager.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of rural, agri, SME and commercial clients to achieve growth targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional client service while building strong relationships.
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to secure the best outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and monitor progress.
  • Ensure compliance obligations are met and stakeholder relationships are maintained.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should be a high-performing insurance professional with experience in portfolio growth. You should also possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will have a Tier 1 broking qualification and sound general insurance technical knowledge.
