Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Agribusiness Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining trusted working relationships with customers, providing personalized banking solutions to meet their needs, and driving profitable growth for the local area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' goals and deliver win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of growth targets.
  • Work proactively within the community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to the portfolio.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement localized engagement plans to achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and Bendigo Bank.
  • Drive profitable growth for the local area by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and achieving results.
  • Support the success of the state team by mentoring and growing the skills of fellow Agribusiness Relationship Managers and Associates across the state.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in agribusiness, finance, or a related discipline is required.
  • The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current 'C' class driver license is necessary.
  • Demonstrated expertise in agribusiness lending and credit risk principles is essential.
  • Financial analysis skills, including the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements, are required.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, agribusiness products, cash flows, and markets is necessary.
