Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Rural, Agri, SME and Commercial clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Provide exceptional client service while building close working relationships
  • Negotiate with underwriting partners to achieve the best outcome for clients
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Manage compliance obligations and stakeholder relationships

About you:

  • To be successful in this role, you will be a high performer who can demonstrate portfolio growth
  • You will also enjoy working as part of a team but also be able to work autonomously
  • Lovethat no two days are the same and that much of your time will be spent out with clients or prospective clients, and not in the office
  • Be sales orientated and able to build a sales pipeline to support new business growth
  • Have amazing organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Have sound general insurance technical ability and be a problem solver
  • Tier 1 broking qualification is mandatory
