**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote physical and mental well-being

- Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

- Develop and deliver presentations, write engaging content, and leverage social media

- Collaborate with the Wellbeing team to design and implement activities

- Problem-solve and use initiative to maximize positive outcomes

**Requirements:**

- Certificate IV in Leisure & Health or related field

- At least 2 years' experience as a Resident Wellbeing or Lifestyle Coordinator in aged care

- Creative, compassionate, and supportive individual with excellent communication skills

- Ability to lead and mentor staff, build effective relationships, and problem-solve
