The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing, delivering and monitoring group and individual lifestyle services activities and complementary therapies that enhance the overall quality of life for residents.
  • Coordinating individual and group activities and therapies that cater to diverse needs and preferences.
  • Ensuring recreational activities, therapies and documentation comply with relevant Aged Care Standards and legal requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate 3 in Individual Support (essential).
  • Previous experience in Aged Care is preferred but not essential; however, a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care is a must.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
