We are seeking a reliable support worker to join our team in Melbourne, AU. This role involves providing life-enriching experiences and care to clients with complex needs.

Client Support
- Support clients with daily life activities such as shopping, grocery, and community participation.
- Manual handling and use of equipment as per client's needs.
- Understanding challenges faced by clients with mental health and provide positive approach to manage their goals.
- Creating a safe and comfortable environment.
- Transportation and supporting social engagement.
- Having a calm approach to client's behaviour.
- Meal preparation and shopping assistance.
- Promoting independent living, community participation, and social inclusion.
Selection Criteria
- Minimum Certificate IV in Disability.
- Experience working as a Support Worker (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience supporting clients with behaviours of concern.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously.
