We're seeking a skilled Client Partnership Executive to join our Sales team, reporting into the Group Client Partnerships Manager. This role will support the team in managing client relationships and working with the wider business to deliver campaigns from brief through to results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team & production
- Providing Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalating any issues or concerns
- Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation and assisting in pipeline management
- Maintaining inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials with marketing
- Supporting Client Partnership Managers with deck creation and client meeting preparation
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in full Google suite, with high-level confidence in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
