Client Partnership Manager

As a Client Partnership Executive, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships and working with our sales, operations, and insight teams to deliver campaigns from brief through to results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Supporting the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team & production
- Providing Partnership Managers with compliance reporting & escalating any issues or concerns
- Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation, and assisting in pipeline management
- Maintaining inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials with marketing
- Supporting Client Partnership Managers with deck creation and client meeting preparation
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 2-3 years' work experience in a sales support or customer support/service role, preferably within the media or tech industry
- Proficiency in full Google suite, with high-level confidence in Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Ability to anticipate both client & sales team needs
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results
