Client Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Partnerships Executive to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our Client Partnerships team, you will play a critical role in managing client relationships and delivering campaigns from brief through to results.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the team in briefing campaigns across bookings team and production
- Day-to-day management of the relationship between vertical and operations teams
- Providing Partnership Managers with compliance reporting and escalating any issues or concerns
- Managing client post-campaign reporting
- Working with finance and commercial team to respond to client billing queries
- Managing incoming client enquiries
- Be the internal and external sales point of contact for campaign delivery
- Supporting the team with Salesforce data input, financial reporting, media schedule creation, and assisting in pipeline management
- Providing administrative support to the client partnerships team to enable them to achieve their targets
- Maintaining inventory of sales support materials, wiki, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinating the creation of new materials with marketing
- Supporting Client Partnership Managers with deck creation and client meeting preparation
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in a sales support or customer support/service role preferably within the media or tech industry
- Ability to multitask and prioritise various projects simultaneously with a focus on delivering results, quality, continuous improvement, and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how online performance metrics link to commercial business metrics
- Proactivity, with abilities to work independently and as part of a team, and to anticipate both client & sales team needs
- Reliability, with an ability to complete work to a high standard, whilst getting energised by the entrepreneurial nature of the role
