Job Opportunity: Improvement Facilitator

This is an ongoing opportunity for a skilled improvement facilitator to help our organization enhance its processes and achieve operational excellence.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in lean methodologies, continuous improvement, and training delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilitating team-based improvement projects, designing training materials, and leading workshops.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Sessions: Develop and deliver training programs on continuous improvement techniques, including lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Create Training Materials: Design and produce training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and online resources.
  • Team Coaching: Facilitate team-based improvement projects, guiding teams through the process improvement cycle.
  • Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote and sustain a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Evaluate Progress: Track the progress of improvement initiatives and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have (most, if not all) the following:

  • Experience in a similar facilitation role.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
