Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Quality and Lean professional to drive operational excellence in our fabrication and warehouse operations.

This is a newly created role that requires a hands-on, technically-minded individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products consistently meet high standards, driving root cause analysis, embedding Lean practices, and coaching teams in problem solving and continuous improvement.

  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to ensure adherence to internal standards and customer expectations.
  • Analyse quality data, customer feedback, and production reports to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
  • Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques to streamline processes, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Coach and upskill teams in problem solving, visual management, root cause analysis, and performance gap resolution.

In this role, you will lead by example, influence at all levels, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to drive quality and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality and efficiency improvements through Lean principles and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality and efficiency.
