Customer Service Agent Position

We are seeking an upbeat and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team at a renowned hotel.

This is a key role within the front-of-house team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling security
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and service skills

Key Requirements:

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and night shifts
  • A professional manner and presentation
  • Previous experience in a similar role or position, preferably in the hospitality industry
