Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a Front Desk Representative to join our team. As a dynamic and customer-focused individual, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This role involves anticipating guests' service needs through active listening and attention to detail. You will maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by innovatively resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with property management systems and excellent relationship-building skills. They will also possess the confidence and skills to upsell and promote our venues.

In this role, you will process check-ins, check-outs, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries in a timely manner. You will provide expert knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area to exceed traveler expectations.

You will work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless operations and build strong relationships with guests and staff.
