Job Title: Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and professional individual to join our team as a front desk representative.

This role requires a confident communicator who can manage client interactions and support internal operations with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Welcome and assist members and visitors at the front desk
  • Provide effective written and verbal communication on behalf of the organisation
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and partners in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Maintain accurate records and handle administrative tasks using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Support the management team with day-to-day coordination and follow-ups
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area remain organized and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude
