Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during overnight hours, providing exceptional service to guests, and maintaining the security of the hotel.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Balance guest accounts and audit daily transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide prompt and professional service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor the security of the hotel by conducting regular checks of the premises, including entrances, exits, and common areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in hotel front desk, accounting, or customer service required.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and ability to perform basic financial reconciliation.

  • Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
