We are seeking an accomplished Head of Performance Marketer to deliver tailored digital solutions, driving client success through innovative strategies and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to achieve key objectives such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of performance marketing experts, ensuring both individual and collective success in line with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (client services, creative, SEO, and more) to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that deliver high impact.
- Leverage data-driven insights and advanced analytics to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous innovation.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of performance marketing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for strategy development and account management.
- Attend face-to-face meetings as required with clients.
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Represent the agency in thought leadership initiatives at industry events and conferences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced digital agency environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams in a remote work environment.
- Expertise across performance marketing channels such as paid search, display advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex concepts and strategies to clients and internal teams.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Analytics Platforms: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Advertising Platforms: Expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, and emerging platforms such as Tik Tok Ads.
- Marketing Automation: Experience with Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar tools for email marketing and nurturing.
- Data Management Platforms (DMP): Familiarity with DMPs or CDPs for audience segmentation and personalisation.
- Reporting Tools: Experience using platforms like Tableau or Google Data Studio for performance insights.
