About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Marketing Lead to join our team at KINESSO, a technology-driven performance marketing agency. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage all aspects of paid search and social media campaigns, driving innovative performance solutions for our clients.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of Performance Managers and Executives, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies, leveraging expertise in optimization, analytics, AI, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure seamless access to tools and systems needed for success.
  • Work towards becoming an approachable leader across Reprise and the company, fostering positive traits that build connections and drive collective success.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director/Group Performance Lead in building a performance marketing culture for your team, ensuring they adopt Reprise's products, ways of working, and culture.
  • Keep your Performance team motivated and on track, meeting account deliverables, including reporting, optimization tactics, quality checks, and best practices.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior client and agency partner stakeholders, aiming for high client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Expertise in digital transformation, with the ability to drive innovation and growth through data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
