This is an exciting opportunity to join Prezzee, a leading company in Australia that is continuing to grow rapidly. As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients.

**About the Role:**

As an Account Executive at Prezzee, your primary responsibility will be to onboard new clients and establish yourself as a trusted advisor on our loyalty and rewards products. You will work closely with the customer care and tech teams to address any issues and ensure seamless client experiences.

You will also be responsible for converting new customers into repeat business, identifying upselling opportunities, and educating clients on the benefits of our Smart card. Additionally, you will lead product demos, set up co-branded cards, and engage proactively with new clients to build and nurture ongoing relationships.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your relationship management skills are essential, as well as your keen understanding of qualifying leads and spotting opportunities.

You will also be required to have a background in sales or customer service, although this is not a necessity. What is important is your professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
