Financial Process Optimization Manager

A key position at ABN Group, this role oversees the entire Accounts Receivable function.

The Key Expectations:

  • As part of the Business Services team, you will ensure efficient processing, regulatory compliance, and outstanding customer service.
  • Drive operational efficiency and optimize cash flow to align with ABN Group's high standards of financial excellence.
  • Develop and lead the team, fostering collaboration and close alignment with senior management to achieve successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize billing operations and processes to maintain scalability and efficiency across the business.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders on process improvement initiatives to drive optimal outcomes.
  • Oversee collections management, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Ensure customer data management complies with relevant regulations and company policies, protecting sensitive information.
  • Facilitate audit query responses, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Lead customer master data maintenance and accuracy, implementing verification protocols and regular audits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced expertise in using financial and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong grasp of data quality practices for customer master data maintenance, verification, and auditing.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and their application in financial reporting.
  • Experience in period-end closing procedures, audit preparation, and compliance.
  • Desirable qualifications include a degree in Finance or Accounting (CA, CPA, or equivalent).

Estimated Salary: $115,000 per year
