Job Overview:

This role is pivotal in revolutionizing the way Australians experience hearing care. As a State Manager, you will lead and mentor Regional Business Managers to ensure effective delivery of commercial goals, driving change, focus on customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Implement and drive effective sales plans to deliver outstanding results.
  • In-Clinic Efficiency: Prioritize tasks, lead others, and implement corrective actions to optimize in-clinic operations.
  • People Management: Develop, communicate, and manage teams to achieve alignment, clarity, recognition, and high-performance standards.
  • Retail Customer Journey: Integrate the retail customer journey and value proposition into the area.

Requirements:

  • Multi-site retail experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and decision-making.
  • Demonstrated sales leadership experience with a strong ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • A proven record of commercial acumen with a keen eye for business opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and influential skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Australian Driver License for travel and business purposes.
  • Desirable: Hearing industry or related field experience.
